AI Governance
Enterprise AI Framework Design

AI is entering your organisation through multiple doors simultaneously — and without a governance structure, every team is making its own rules. That creates inconsistency, liability, and loss of control.

Is this you?

AI Governance is right for you if…

Different teams are adopting different AI tools with no central oversight

Sales uses one tool, IT another, operations a third. No shared standards. No shared accountability. Compounding risk.

You have no clear answer to ‘who is responsible for AI decisions’

If the question can’t be answered clearly, the accountability gap is real. AI Governance closes it.

The EU AI Act and ISO 42001 are on your radar — and you’re not ready

Regulatory requirements are concrete. Your current AI posture likely isn’t. AI Governance brings the two into alignment.

Our approach

Built on method, not instinct.

Our AI methodology is anchored in ISO/IEC 42001 (the international standard for AI management systems) and the EU AI Act risk framework. We translate regulatory requirements into practical, operational guidance — not legal abstractions. Every engagement is designed to build internal capability, not external dependency.

Frequently asked questions

Is AI governance mandatory under the EU AI Act?

Depending on your AI use cases and risk classification, governance structures are required. We clarify your specific obligations as part of the engagement — obligations that are already in force for high-risk systems.

Does this lead to ISO 42001 certification?

ISO 42001 certification is optional. We design the framework to be certifiable, but the certification decision is yours. Many organisations use the framework without pursuing formal certification.

How do we know which AI systems are in scope?

We conduct an AI inventory as part of the discovery phase. Most organisations discover AI usage during this process that wasn’t formally tracked — shadow AI use is extremely common.

How long does governance design typically take for an SME?

For most SMEs, 6–10 weeks from kickoff to framework delivery and roadmap. Larger organisations or those with complex AI usage may require more.

Can we start with governance before an audit?

Yes — but we recommend understanding your current compliance exposure early. AI Audit & Roadmap can run in parallel with or prior to governance design.
