Identify

Structured workshops with key stakeholders to surface operational exposures across people, process, systems, and external dependencies. We use structured facilitation, not open brainstorming — the method ensures nothing critical is missed.

Assess & Prioritise

Each risk is scored by likelihood and impact. We identify interdependencies, cascade risks, and isolate the critical few that require immediate action from the many that can be monitored.

Mitigate & Deliver

Frequently asked questions

Is Sprint RISK only for crisis situations?

No. It’s most valuable as a proactive measure before major operational changes. But it’s equally effective when something already feels fragile and you need to understand exactly what’s at risk.

Who should be in the room for the workshops?

The people who know how operations actually work — not just the org chart. Process owners, team leads, and one senior sponsor who can make decisions. Typically 4–8 people.

What if some risks are outside our control?

We identify them clearly and design the best available mitigation — including contingency planning. Transparency about what’s controllable versus what must be monitored is built into the output.

Can Sprint RISK be combined with other sprints?

Yes — Sprint RISK and Sprint FLOW are often run sequentially. Flow identifies where the process is breaking; Risk identifies what could break next. Together they give a complete operational picture.

What format is the risk register delivered in?

A working document in your preferred format (Excel, PDF, PowerPoint) — not a locked consultant deliverable. You own it and can update it as the situation evolves.
